About Genesis Clinical Services
Meet Audrey Palmer, CYW, MTS, PsyT, RP
Genesis Clinical Services is a counseling service offering individual, couples, children and youth, as well as Christian counseling. We also provide resilience training and supervision for clinicians.
Our founder, Audrey Palmer, has over 25 years of experience and is proficient in helping clients with anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, and relationship issues. Audrey is a member of the Canadian Association of Psychoanalytic Child Therapists (CAPCT) and has been a past board member of CAPCT.
Audrey's Philosophy
Audrey believes that each individual is an expert in themselves, and they enter into a relationship with the therapist to move toward wholeness. She also believes that most of what we experience is temporary, and she cautions individuals not to make permanent decisions based on a temporary situation. Therapy is the process of understanding what has derailed the individual, and actively move them back to a place of equilibrium.
